Shipping

We do our best to ship orders out of our warehouse within three business days. Orders placed during especially busy times (sales and holidays) may take longer to leave the warehouse. Please note we do not ship on weekends or major holidays. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order is printed for fulfillment. Please allow 24-48 hours after you receive tracking information for it to be active. Shipments generally take between 3-8 business days to be delivered within the continental US.

We ship to all 50 states, and worldwide. Please note this list is not all-inclusive and is subject to change without notice. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. We cannot ship liquids (Pro Base, Activator, Finish Gel, Brush Softener, Gel Thinner, or Polish) to a P.O. Box - please provide a physical address for shipping. These items will be shipped Ground. Orders to P.O. Pro Base, Activator, Finish Gel, Brush Softener, Gel Thinner, or Polish cannot be shipped to APO addresses. 

Please allow up to 10 business days for International (non-US) shipments. 

Please note that a shipping label is created when your order is being fulfilled, however, the tracking number will only update once your package is actually picked up by the carrier and shipped. Shipping estimates do not include our normal processing time of 1-3 business days, or the time it takes the shipping carrier to pick up the order from us.

Standard Shipping is totally free for orders over $65 USD (after discounts and before shipping fees). Valid on contiguous US orders only, excluding HI and AK.

Return Policy
Revel Nail offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on most of our products within 60 days of delivery for a refund or store credit on the products purchased. We do not refund the cost of shipping. If you need to return, exchange, or get a replacement for an item, please visit this linkhttps://www.revelnail.com/tools/returns. All refunds will be credited back to your original form of payment unless otherwise specified. Please note that we only offer store credit for instances of purchasing the same color multiple times, accidentally ordering the wrong size or item, unexpected color, liquid issues older than 60 days from date of purchase. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.

Currently, our returns system can only be used for USA  orders. EU customers can contact us at sales@revelnail.comto assist with a refund or return.

If you have purchased your product directly through Amazon, you will need to contact Amazon to process the refund. All orders placed directly through Amazon will be subject to Amazon's return policy.

Please note: We cannot accept any returns for items that are final sale, this is including, but not limited to: Mystery Box colors, Freebies, and The Revelist Club colors.

Revel Nail monitors return activity and has the right to refuse any return.

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. If you do not receive return instructions then you can properly discard the product.
